Members Information

As a member of DQCOG you will have unlimited access to the DQCOG web site and the information contained within, you will have access to the members board. Unlimited access is limited to the time the server (host) is online.. which is guaranteed to be online 95% of the time.

DQCOG's commitment to you is to make a strong effort to provide useful and factual information to its members, to provide frequent (1-4 times a month) updates to the site. The beginning list of subject matter will be added to the site in a steady stream with any important subject matter that comes up taking precedent.

Organization Rules

As membership in this site grows rules and regulations to being a member of DQCOG will be initiated. The rules may be contributed by and voted on by the pioneer members as well as those I feel are necessary to make our organization an elite operation. As a member... you are expected to enforce and abide by them. Repeated failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the organization.

These rules will be generally dealing with operation and conduct.

Chapter Heads

Regional, state, providence, etc.Chapter Leaders will be drawn from the ranks of our members. Initially chapter leaders will be drawn from volunteers who desire to head up a chapter... however members of the chapter will be asked to confirm a leader by voting. Members may also have the choice of appointing or voting for their own as well as removing a current chapter head providing DQCOG reviews the case and agrees with the members request.

Members Password

You will be issued a unique password to access the DQCOG web site... it is will be your passport to accessing DQCOG. You agree not to give this password to anyone. If you distribute this password you will be expelled from DQCOG and your membership fee will not be refunded.

Who Can Join

Anyone can join.. who owns a truck that says Dakota on it... except for persons who's purpose of joining is to acquire information from our web site for the purpose of learning it's operational methods and secrets for the purpose of using, divulging, disclosing or publishing them as a competing entity or to competing entity... those persons found doing so we be discharged from our organization.

Membership Fees

Membership dues are collected to operate the DQCog... these dues do not cover all the costs involved in the sites operation but do help offset them. Membership dues are not refundable.. so be sure you want to be part of our organization before you sign up.

The current membership fee will allow you to access to the DQCOG web site for a one year period. These dues also cover membership in your state or regional chapter for a period of 2 years, however they may not cover any dues that an individual chapter may institute for its individual operation, expenses or excursions. They will entitle you to information concerning your chapter's activities either by email of by accessing a chapter's individual web site.
